These terms apply when you book a membership or attend a live class with Yoga with Romeo. By booking you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
A membership covers the live sessions of your chosen plan for one calendar month, on the days shown in your dashboard calendar. Sessions run six days a week in Indian Standard Time; the site shows them in your local time. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay, inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed when the payment is received; until then a reserved place may be released. Where manual payment is offered, the booking is confirmed once we match your transfer.
You may request to move to another session of your plan for a single day or for the rest of the month from your dashboard, with at least one day's notice. Changes take effect once Romeo approves them. Romeo may cancel or move individual sessions for holidays or unforeseen reasons; these are shown on your calendar and, where a class is cancelled by us, extended or credited as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Yoga involves physical effort. You confirm that you are fit to practise, that you have told us about injuries, pregnancy or health conditions that may affect your practice, and that you will follow Romeo's guidance and stop if anything hurts. If in doubt, consult a doctor before joining. You practise at your own risk and are responsible for your practice space and equipment.
Classes are delivered live over video. You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and a quiet space to practise. Joining links are personal and must not be shared. Classes may not be recorded or redistributed by members.
We ask everyone to be respectful of Romeo and fellow members. We may remove a member from a class or end a membership, with a pro-rata refund, for behaviour that disrupts the class or puts others at risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Yoga with Romeo is not liable for injury or loss arising from your practice, from interruptions to your internet or equipment, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Your dashboard is protected by a one-time email code or Google sign-in. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts where Yoga with Romeo is based. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and continued use after a change means you accept it.
