What began as a personal practice turned into a decade of teaching, across studios, living rooms, corporate offices and hotel rooms, in more than fifteen countries. Along the way, the question I kept coming back to wasn't "how do I get better at yoga," but "how do I help someone else notice what their own body can do."
That question is still the one I teach from, every single morning.
Some days you will surprise yourself. Some days you won't. Both are practice.
Every session combines breath, movement and mindfulness, built to work across different bodies, different fitness levels and different reasons for showing up. There's no pose you have to nail, and no version of yourself you need to perform. There's just today's practice.
Trained in yoga therapy, with a focus on adapting practice to real bodies and real limitations, not the other way around.
Completed an advanced course in Kriya Yoga, deepening the understanding and practice of meditation, breathwork, self-inquiry, and conscious living.
Certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training, the internationally recognised foundation for teaching yoga.
Completed the beginner, master, and quantum levels of Akashic Records Reading, deepening my practice of intuitive guidance, energetic awareness, and spiritual insight.
My academic background is in advertising, marketing, and business management, which is, more often than I expected, useful in teaching: knowing how to explain a complicated thing simply and how to notice what someone actually needs versus what they say they want.
