Privacy Policy, Yoga with Romeo

What we collect

When you book a membership or create a dashboard we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, city and time zone, your self-described yoga experience, and any health notes you choose to share so Romeo can teach you safely.

When you pay, our payment provider Razorpay processes your card, UPI or bank details. We never see or store full payment credentials; we keep only the payment reference, method and amount.

If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, including your monthly class calendar and schedule change requests
To send booking confirmations, schedule updates and class reminders by email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp
To let Romeo adapt the class to injuries or health conditions you have told us about
To keep records required for tax and accounting
To keep the site secure and prevent misuse

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Razorpay for payments, our email provider for transactional messages, Meta's WhatsApp Business platform for WhatsApp messages, Vercel for hosting and MongoDB Atlas for the database. Each processes data only on our instructions. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, normally eight years under Indian law. Health notes are kept only while you are an active member and are deleted on request. Dashboard sign-in codes expire within ten minutes.

Your choices

You can view your details and bookings any time in your member dashboard
You can turn WhatsApp messages off from the booking form or by messaging us
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to send you a copy, by emailing us at the address in the footer
You can withdraw consent for health notes at any time; we will delete them

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in to your dashboard, one for the admin, and short-lived cookies that protect the sign-in flow. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Live classes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a minor and remains responsible for that account.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about privacy go to the email address in the footer.
