No. Flexibility is something that develops through practice, it isn't a requirement to start. Romeo teaches to where your body is today.
There are three live sessions a day, five days a week: Intermediate at 6:00–7:00 AM IST, Beginners at 7:30–8:30 AM IST, and Beginners again at 7:00–8:00 PM IST. Your membership covers every session at your level, so beginners can come in the morning, the evening, or both.
Your monthly membership gives you access to every scheduled class at your level within that month, so you're welcome to join whichever sessions fit your week.
Yes. Every class is taught live by Romeo, in real time, not pre-recorded.
Classes are designed to be live and are not recorded, so that everyone practises together, at the same time.

Yes. Classes are live online and open to participants from anywhere in the world, the session times on this site are converted to your local time zone automatically.
Class times are set in IST (Indian Standard Time). Every class card shows the time converted to your device's local time, and the time-zone helper lets you check other cities too.

You'll receive your joining link and any onboarding details by email or WhatsApp, so you're ready to log in before your first class.
No. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. The subscription is a commitment to the full term, and the services must be availed during that period; unused or partially used periods are not eligible for refund or credit. See the Cancellation Policy in the footer for details on how to stop renewal at the end of your current term.
