IntermediateFor practitioners who already have a yoga practice and want to build strength, mobility, control and deeper awareness.
A welcoming starting point for people new to yoga, or returning after a break. Breath, basic shapes, no pressure.
The same beginner-friendly class at the end of the day, ideal if mornings don't work, or you're joining from Europe or the Americas.
Times are calculated from today's date. Daylight-saving changes in your region are handled automatically.
Romeo returns to the same shape at the beginning and the end of class, so you can feel, not just hear about, what changed.
Take a breath. Get on the mat. Build heat, mobility and awareness.
Explore something your body hasn't done before, with Romeo watching.

Romeo has taught across four continents. Wherever you are, you can join from your own mat, at a time that works for your day.
Yes. The beginner classes are built for people who are new to yoga or returning after a long break. No experience is assumed.
No. Flexibility is something that develops through practice, it isn't a requirement to start. Romeo teaches to where your body is today.
There are three live sessions a day, five days a week: Intermediate at 6:00–7:00 AM IST, Beginners at 7:30–8:30 AM IST, and Beginners again at 7:00–8:00 PM IST. Your membership covers every session at your level, so beginners can come in the morning, the evening, or both.
Your monthly membership gives you access to every scheduled class at your level within that month, so you're welcome to join whichever sessions fit your week.
Class reminders, the occasional note from Romeo, and first word when a new month opens. No noise.
